User eligibility

Users must provide accurate information, maintain valid identification, and comply with local laws and transport regulations.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, device security, and payment information.

Ride booking

Bookings depend on driver availability and confirmation. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may change due to congestion, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.

Payments

You authorize JumoRide to charge the selected payment method for completed rides, tolls, waiting fees, and any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by the platform refund policy.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the rules configured for the ride category.

Driver and passenger conduct

• Drivers must hold the required documentation, maintain safe vehicles, and treat passengers respectfully.
• Passengers must behave respectfully, avoid illegal activities, not damage vehicles, and follow safety instructions.

Interstate services

Interstate travel is subject to route availability, road conditions, and applicable transport and identification requirements. Travel times are estimates.

Safety and privacy

JumoRide provides safety tools, emergency assistance, and trip sharing features, but users remain responsible for exercising sound judgment and complying with local law. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy law and the JumoRide Privacy Policy.

Liability and updates

To the extent permitted by law, JumoRide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, force majeure, or events beyond its reasonable control. JumoRide may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
